Simple vs. Complex Design
Calculate the total square feet of main floor and second floor if applicable at $1.00 per square foot for simple designs with not many jogs in the exterior walls and simple roof lines. If the house has a complex floor plan and roof system the cost will be $1.25 per square foot.

Sheet by Sheet Drawings - We do offer a $0.20 cents design cost on a per sheet basis which could possibly be cheaper depending on your design needs.

2,500 SQ. FT. House Plan Set (Simple Design) = $2,500.00
2,000 SQ. FT. Floor Plan (500) + Electrical (400) + Plumbing (400) = $1,300.00
1,200 SQ. FT. Floor Plan (500) + Foundation (240) = $740.00
